1Red Withdrawal and Deposit Guide: Limits, Timing, Methods

A 1Red balance is topped up from €20 or the equivalent by bank card, e-wallet or one of twelve cryptocurrencies, depending on country, and the same balance serves live tables, slots and sports. Withdrawals run from €30 to €10,000 each after identity verification; Bank Transfer payouts take up to 10 banking days in principle.

Deposit steps

Signed in, open Payments and stay on the deposit tab. Choose a method — its upper limit appears as soon as you select it — and, if you want a bonus, type its code before anything else. Enter at least €20, approve the payment with your bank, wallet or crypto app, and wait until 1Red confirms the deposit; only then is it complete. Without a confirmation, write to support.

Deposit limits

Card and e-wallet deposits start at €20, carry no 1Red fee and usually land at once; each method shows its own maximum. For crypto, the minimum depends on the coin — for instance 20 USDT, 20 USDC, 0.01 ETH, 0.0003 BTC or 0.20 SOL — and the network charges its own fee; other coins' minimums are listed on the deposit page. A transfer below the minimum, or to a wrong address or network, cannot be credited or returned.

Withdrawal steps

First complete identity verification. Then open the withdrawal tab in Payments, pick a payout route — card, Bank Transfer, crypto or another option offered — enter €30 or more with your account or wallet details, and submit. The request remains pending during review, and you can still cancel it at that stage.

Withdrawal limits and time

Any single withdrawal must be between €30 and €10,000 or the equivalent. Card and other fiat payouts reach you on the provider's schedule; Bank Transfer is processed in principle within 10 banking days, is not available for USD and may incur an intermediary bank charge of up to roughly €16. Crypto payouts have per-coin minimums — such as 30 USDT, 0.015 ETH or 0.00045 BTC — and arrive once the blockchain confirms them.

On top of that, total withdrawals per day, week and month are capped according to how much you have deposited overall: €1,000, €2,500 and €10,000 at first; €2,000, €5,000 and €20,000 after €1,000; €3,000, €10,000 and €30,000 after €10,000. Wins above €30,000 may be paid monthly, whereas a progressive jackpot is paid in full.

Verification

Identity is checked before your first withdrawal and again once deposits pass €2,000, protecting your winnings and meeting the licence's AML rules.

Upload photo ID, a selfie with it and a recent bank statement or utility bill; replies arrive within 24 hours. Until then you can play and deposit up to €500 in total but not withdraw. See our registration page.
